A brilliant piece of Flash ... by paul hinze, artvandeley, big o, dazzled, duracel, ebr, essen, lucy, markus, maxetormer, mrbeefy, raganaga, razghul, sakamies, schuh, souly ... who are these guys? Zoomquilt is completely useless and I love it ... I can see using it for providing a tour online ... maybe ... no, I'm serious ... I've actually got a sequence of photos from the trails at Sachuest Point that I was thinking to present in a similar way. Yeah, like that's going to happen anytime soon.
From the zoom quilt (awesome!) i went to http://www.machwerk.com/ and i'm wondering how they did the slow animation. I don't think it's flash. The image is not a .gif file, it's a bitmap. The frustrating thing is i can't see the source code. How do they do that?? Anyway, i love that zoom quilt - thanks dude!
